An English proverb says, “All work and no paly makes Jack a
dull boy.Work enablis us to make a living and achieve self-fulfillment.
Because we are human beingsnot machines. So we should have a balance
life. We need to do our best in our work. After that, we should have
recreation. After a break, we can return to work. That’s
