How to Keep Away from Cancer?

1.Drink warm water is the best way to keep away from cancer.

When we drink ice water , our body need use lots of energy to

let it become warm water. That’s will reduce our immunocompetence.

2.We should eat dinner before 8:00 otherwise our body will become

acid reaction. On the other hand , we feel tired easily in the next morning.

3. Early to bed early to rise. We get a chronic disease easily If we always

stay up late. We should go to bed before 12 p.m.

4.Don’t eat too much wrought food instate of eat food contain fiber.

My topic is very important to you because one fourth people will die for

cancer. It’s a serious issue. If we want to keep away from it, we

should follow the rules and do some exercise.

The Presentation of Globe Warming (Part 3)

There are instructions we can follow:

1. Drive less. Take bikes, walk or carpool whenever possible.

2. Investing in a hybrid car.

3. Clean or replace your filters monthly.

4. Choose energy-efficient appliances when it's time to buy new ones.

5. Decrease your air travel.

6. Wash clothes in cold water and line-dry whenever possible.

7. Use a low-flow showerhead.

8. Cut down on your garbage-buy fewer packaged materials to prevent

further global warming.

9. Unplug electronics when we are not use.

10. Run the dishwasher and clothes washer only when you have a full load,

and if available, use the energy-saving setting.

11. Buy recycled paper products and recycle as much of your waste as possible.

12. Bring your own reusable canvas grocery bags when grocery shopping.

13. Plant a tree.

14. Use nontoxic cleaning products.

15. Shop locally for food.

16. Keep my car tuned up, and check tire pressure often to save gas.

17. Eat less meat and more organic food in my diet .

The last one thing I’d like to say is protect globe is our responsibility.

The Presentation of Globe Warming (Part 2)

(The increase in the man-made emission of greenhouse gases is the cause

for global warming.)Besides that, Carbon dioxide emissions in million tons

per year over the last 200 years.Now I’d like you to take a look at this

graph. which shows how the increase of carbon dioxide between 1960-2006

Let me quickly explain the graph, this graph is about the increase of carbon

dioxide from 1960-2006. I’d like to focus your attention on the figure

between 1975-2006. ( Concentration of carbon dioxide has dramatically

increased in the last 50 years, in particular, the contribution pick up to

380 million tons at the year of 2006 )

There are two major effects of global warming:

Increase of temperature on the earth by about 3° to 5° C (5.4° to 9° Fahrenheit)

by the year 2100.

Rise of sea levels by at least 25 meters (82 feet) by the year 21

what can we do to prevent globe warming?

English Presentation of Globe Warming for Reference (part1)

Good afternoon, ladies and gentleman. First of all, let me thank you all for

coming here today. As most of you have known I’m Yolanda, your

classmate. My subject of my presentation is how to prevent globe

warming. It is very important to you, because it is reported that if globe

warming is continually getting worse. Globe will ruin in the next century.

Therefore, I would like to divide my presentation into three parts.

First, what cause for global warming.

Second, the effect for global warming

Third, what can we do to prevent globe warming?

The whole presentation will take about 10 minutes.

Don’t worried about taking notes. I’ve also prepare a handout with

key point on it to give you after my speech. If you have any question,

you are welcome to ask at anytime. What cause for global warming?

The largest contributing is the burning of fossil fuels leading to the

emission of carbon dioxide.

Bad Eating Habbits

If we want to get health, we need to avoid the bad eating

habits as follow:

1. Skip breakfast . Most of office workers skip breakfast.

they are hurry on the way to company. They lack of blood

sugar, so they lack of energy.

2. Eat too much lunch. If we eat too much lunch , it will make us

feel sleepy and affect our work efficiency.

3. Eat before we go to sleep .It will affect sleep and make us feel no

appetite in the next morning.

4. Eating too much junk food, just like fried chicken, fast food, donuts

something like that.

5. Drink too much soda pop, coffee or tea which contain too much suger.

Good Eating Habbits

1. Before we eat a meal, we should drink soup or hot tea first. The

correct order is drink soup, eat vegetable then eat meat and rice.

2. Chewing the food slowlyl. when you eat slowly you will feel full easily.

3. Don’t eat leftover. Don’t be afraid of waste the leftover otherwise

you will get fatter and fatter.

4. Don’t eat food when we chatting or watching TV. We always eat

too much unconsciously when we chatting or watching TV.

5. If we want to eat food after dinner. We can brush our teeth to

reduce the attempt for the food.

6. Don’t storage garbage food at home or in your office. Out of your

sight out of your mind.

7. Don’t release your tension with eat food. If we eat too much.

Our figure will out of shape. Therefore, we will in deeply bad mood.

busibness centre, Residents and visitors love the city’s nighlife, award

winning resturantcafes. We will go to the award winning restaurants

Christchurch.

Auckland is the largest city in New Zealand. It has many beautiful

scenery It’s a water lover’s paradise, with swimming, diving, fishing,

sailing and water sports in the country. After we reach Auckland , we

will take a tour at Sky Tower.From the main observation deck, it's

possible to see 80 kilometers in every directions.If you want to take a

Sky jump in one of New Zealand’s most thrilling touristattractions. You

will fall very fast for around 11 seconds (approximately 85 kph)

and come to a very smooth landing.Sky walk is one of New Zealand’s

unique tourist attractions. You can walk above 192 meters hight with

no handrails , and nothing bout air beside you. After that, we will go to

Kelly Tarlton's Antarctic Encounter Underwater World It is a world class

visitor attractions, we will look at the inhabitants of the New Zealand

Pacific and Southern oceans.
