The Presentation of Globe Warming (Part 3)
There are instructions we can follow:
1. Drive less. Take bikes, walk or carpool whenever possible.
2. Investing in a hybrid car.
3. Clean or replace your filters monthly.
4. Choose energy-efficient appliances when it's time to buy new ones.
5. Decrease your air travel.
6. Wash clothes in cold water and line-dry whenever possible.
7. Use a low-flow showerhead.
8. Cut down on your garbage-buy fewer packaged materials to prevent
further global warming.
9. Unplug electronics when we are not use.
10. Run the dishwasher and clothes washer only when you have a full load,
and if available, use the energy-saving setting.
11. Buy recycled paper products and recycle as much of your waste as possible.
12. Bring your own reusable canvas grocery bags when grocery shopping.
13. Plant a tree.
14. Use nontoxic cleaning products.
15. Shop locally for food.
16. Keep my car tuned up, and check tire pressure often to save gas.
17. Eat less meat and more organic food in my diet .

2. Eat too much lunch. If we eat too much lunch , it will make us
feel sleepy and affect our work efficiency.
3. Eat before we go to sleep .It will affect sleep and make us feel no
appetite in the next morning.
4. Eating too much junk food, just like fried chicken, fast food, donuts
something like that.
5. Drink too much soda pop, coffee or tea which contain too much suger.
