Bad Eating Habbits

If we want to get health, we need to avoid the bad eating

habits as follow:

1. Skip breakfast . Most of office workers skip breakfast.

they are hurry on the way to company. They lack of blood

sugar, so they lack of energy.

2. Eat too much lunch. If we eat too much lunch , it will make us

feel sleepy and affect our work efficiency.

3. Eat before we go to sleep .It will affect sleep and make us feel no

appetite in the next morning.

4. Eating too much junk food, just like fried chicken, fast food, donuts

something like that.

5. Drink too much soda pop, coffee or tea which contain too much suger.
