Good Eating Habbits

1. Before we eat a meal, we should drink soup or hot tea first. The

correct order is drink soup, eat vegetable then eat meat and rice.

2. Chewing the food slowlyl. when you eat slowly you will feel full easily.

3. Don’t eat leftover. Don’t be afraid of waste the leftover otherwise

you will get fatter and fatter.

4. Don’t eat food when we chatting or watching TV. We always eat

too much unconsciously when we chatting or watching TV.

5. If we want to eat food after dinner. We can brush our teeth to

reduce the attempt for the food.

6. Don’t storage garbage food at home or in your office. Out of your

sight out of your mind.

7. Don’t release your tension with eat food. If we eat too much.

Our figure will out of shape. Therefore, we will in deeply bad mood.
