Following Regular Exercise to Stay in Good Health

As the proverb goes “No one knows the value of health

until he loses it.”It’s clearly that the foundation of

our future success depends on a healthy body. Without

health, you can’t enjoy a rewarding life and you

can’t pursue happiness. Worst of all, you will suffer

from physical pain and frustrations. So staying

health is an important lesson in our life. How can

we stay healthy? First, we should live a regular life.

In addition, we must exercise as regularly as

possible. Many people have their own way to keep

health. Such as go mountain climbing, go swimming,

paly basketball or jogging. For me, I go to a gym two

times a week in order to enhance my immunity. There

are many kinds of classes in the gym. Especially, I

prefer to go yoga class and bodycombat. There are

totally different two kinds of exercises but I like them

all. Bodycombat makes me reduce the effects of

allergic reaction and also increase my lung capacity.

In general, asthma attacks can tart from allergy

attacks. So I must prevent from it. Regular exercising

is good for my body. Not only make me keep in shape

but also let me become healthier then before.It’s

also the best treatment of my allergic reaction.

Exercising promote my bodily blood circulation.

When we exercising, our bodily each part can get

oxygen. Moreover, exercising avoid our body aging

and then we can keep our appearance In the modern

society. We live in busy life for relieving stress. We get

lots of pressure from our work, our family, our friends

and our self-exception. So we need to learn how to

release our stress. The best way to deal with stress is

exercising. Exercising is good for people who get mental

disease. Exercising makes people think in the bright side.

When people stay in health. They can think about how to

find the solutions and deal with the problems more

efficiency. It also make our brain work more clearly and

prevent people suffer from mental disease. I always

follow the yoga teacher guides the meditation sessions

and always get a lot of insight when I get the


meditation. She always gave me a lot of insight and

teach me meditation techniques.I try to transcend my

mind. On the other hand, reading is another way to

keep our mental health. Beside that, it can enhance

our knowledge and open our view of point. Reading

is also a good way to cure our mind. We know that

we can not overcome all of the problems in our life

especially for our emotion. Then, reading is the best

way to keep our metal health.All in all, if we want to

stay health. We should follow some rules in our daily

life. For example, drink water instead of soda , don't

eat junk food . Eat meals regularly and follow the

maxim “Early to bed, early to rise.” The most

important of all, we must have a regular check up.

Because prevention is better than cure.
