Take Good Care of Myself

I like exercising especially aerobic. Exercising

let me become stronger. It is not only let me

keep in a healthy state but also release my

pressure. It always let the negative thoughts

consuming in my mind and lower the risk of

having a stroke of disease. I learn to treat

myself kindly. So, I get the amount of sleep

in order to keep my body and my mind

functioning well. I am not going to tax my

body with overworking myself in the coming

year.
