Try to Take Care of Myself

I have regular exercise lately, because I want to

improve my health. Exercising is not only keeps

me in a healthy state, but also release my pressure.

Exercising is always let me reduce the negative

thoughts and also lower the risk of having a stroke

or a heat attack .On the other hand, I try to get

the amount of sleep to keep my body and mind

function well and don’t taxing body with

overworking myself. Let my body become

stronger is one of my New Year’s resolutions.
