Everyone wants to keep young looking. Therefore,

I have some suggestion for someone who wants to

fight with ageing. First, you need to wear sunscreen.

The UV-ray is extremely damaging your skin so

don’t forget put a hat or wear protective clothing.

Second, exercising is very important. Because it

helps you improve circulation of blood and get rid

of the toxins. Third, drink plenty of water is good

for your heath. It helps you keep hydrated and let

your skin look younger and firmer. The last way

to keep younger looking is eat lot of vegetables and

fruits. They contain antioxidants which can help

you against the radicals. Just follow the tips you

will exceed your expectations.
